How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Free Shipping on orders over $50.
Do we charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required to charge the Arizona sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Arizona. Otherwise, we do not charge sales tax.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your tracking number and shipping confirmation.
How will my order be shipped?
You now have the option to select your preferred method of shipping. Shipping can range from regular First-Class Mail, Priority mail, UPS or FedEx.
When we are running a FREE-Shipping promo the code will be automatically added to orders over $50.00. You will see this after you enter all of your contact information. Your order will be shipped First-Class Mail with tracking and can take 1-6 days after tracking number has been sent.
Currently we only ship within the United States and the U.S. territories. If you live in Alaska and Hawaii or any of the US territories the cost of your shipping will be the USPS Priority Flat Rate.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
All sales are final unless product arrives with a manufacturing defect. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a reply.
We are not responsible for packages after we drop them off at the post office. We will provide a tracking # once your item has shipped.
Your Gift Card will expire when the “valid thru” date printed on the email has passed. The funds in the Gift Card Account do not expire. You will not be able to use your Gift Card after the expiration date; however, you may request one replacement Gift Card with a 30-day extension at no cost to you by following the procedures in the paragraph labeled “Card Replacement”.
If you need to replace your Gift Card for any reason, please email us at email@example.com to request a replacement Card. You will be required to provide personal information which may include your full name, transaction history, and other relevant information.
The Gift Card has no fees after purchase.
We may amend or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time at any time, subject to applicable law. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. However, if the change is made for security purposes, we can implement such change without prior notice. We may cancel or suspend your Gift Card or this Agreement at any time for any reason (for example, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity on your Gift Card Account), subject to applicable law.
